Science fiction and fantasy author George R.R. Martin is one of the most successful writers in the world. His first successful book, A Game of Thrones, was published in 1996. The novel won awards, became a bestseller, and has since been turned into the popular HBO TV series Game of Thrones.
Martin loves to write. He uses his Not A Blog to write and share his thoughts on life, in-progress writings, upcoming conventions, and what he’s watching and reading.
Now George R.R. Martin has been very involved in the Game of Thrones prequel series titled “Hose Of The Dragon“, and he’s not shy about it either. In a candid blog post that was published on Wednesday morning, the author revealed just how much detail he is putting into this project. “I have seen some comments out there questioning how much I am involved in these new series,” Martin wrote. “The answer is a lot. Deeply, heavily involved in every one of the new shows.
“House of the Dragon” will be a certain winner. Martin says that production in London has wrapped and it’s now being edited together. “What I have seen, I have loved it,” he wrote. This is scheduled to be air in near future.
