Pak Vs Aus: Faheem Ashraf available for second Australia Test

Faheem Ashraf has reportedly been cleared for the second Test in Pakistan after undergoing a repeat test (Rapid Antigen Test). The 28-year-old Pakistani bowler has joined the team and will be a part of tomorrow’s training session. He missed the drawn first Test in Rawalpindi due to a hamstring injury

Before this, he was also tested positive for Covid-19 therefore his selection was in doubt but he is now declared fit and will be available for Pakistan Cricket Team against Austrailia.

The second Test match will take place on March 12th and is Ashraf’s first game since his hamstring injury. It must be mentioned that this will be the Australian cricket team’s first time visiting Pakistan in 24 years, having previously refused to play due to security concerns.
