Yorkshire Has Signed Shadab Khan For T20 Blast
Leg-spinner Shadab Khan, who has represented Pakistan in all three international formats, has signed with English County side Yorkshire for the T20 Blast competition. After participating in many cricket leagues, he will now be available to represent Yorkshire in the first five and last six games of the T20 Blast. He will join fellow Pakistan bowler Haris Rauf at Yorkshire.
For the first time ever, Pakistan’s Shadab Khan will be available to play for Yorkshire. This will be a huge boost for the team, as Shadab is at the top of his game and will bring his experience. He is a hugely talented player who can provide a lot of support to the team, especially in the T20 matches meaning he can be a destructive force at any stage of the innings.
Darren Gough is also impressed by the young cricketer who has impressed fans and critics alike with his batting skills and leg-break bowling.
“Shadab is someone who can bat at the top, bat in the middle order, and hits the ball a long way,” Darren Gough, Yorkshire’s interim managing director of cricket said. “He is also an unbelievable spinner,” Gough added.
He’ll be playing in his first with well-known Yorkshire, which will only help him grow as a player and gain experience on an international scale.
